Question: How much are the shipping charges?
   
Answer:
T3 will pay for shipping charges on orders over $100.00. If your order is under $100, we ship UPS ground and shipping charges depend on the dimensions of the package. We do not add any extra fees onto shipping charges.
 
 
Question: Do you purchase surplus toner?
   
Answer:
We do purchase surplus toner. Click here to request a quote for surplus supplies. Then fill out the form as best as you can with conditions of the toners/inkjets and email it to us. We will then look over your list and email you back a quote for your surplus items.
 
 
Question: Do you pay in cash or check for surplus?
   
Answer:
We can either pay you by check or give you a credit towards another toner purchase. Once we receive your items, checks can take up to 15 days to be mailed out.
 
 
Question: I am a current customer, do you take back empties and if so, is there any credit given?
   
Answer:
Yes, we will take your empties back. Credit is given on only toners/inkjets that have value as an empty. Click here to view our empty buyback price list. You can look up your part numbers to see what credit would be given to you. Compatible toners/inkjets rarely have value but we will still take them back for you.
 
 
Question: What payment forms do you accept?
   
Answer:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, cash, and checks if you have set up a net payment plan with us. If you are a first time customer, we ask that you please pay by credit card for your first purchase. After that, we can set you up on a payment plan.
 
 
Question: How long does it normally take to receive an order?
   
Answer:
If orders are placed before 1:30pm we can ship them out that same day for next day arrival. If they are placed after 1:30pm we will ship them out the following business day for next day arrival. If your order is coming from one of our other warehouses, it may take up to 2-3 days for shipping.
 
 
Question: What hours are you open?
   
Answer: We are open from 8am to 4:30pm.
 
 
Question: Can I order my toner online?
   
Answer:
We have an online catalog that you can view and add items to a shopping cart. Once the items have been added and you submit them, we will receive your order through an email and process your order as soon as it gets in.
 
 
Question: Do you carry other office supplies?
   
Answer: Yes, we carry a variety of office supplies, ink cartridges, toner, and data storage media.
 
 
Question:
I am currently buying my toner from another company for cheaper, would you match their price so I can buy it from you?
   
Answer: T3 will meet or beat any published price from any of the larger toner or office supply stores.

Answer: T3 is an A+ BBB Accredited Business, GSA contract holder, and multiple winners of the WRAP Awards (Waste Reduction Awards Program) just to name a few.

Answer:
Yes! They are third party certified by STMC (Standardized Test Methods Committee) which is certified by the International Imaging Technology Council.
