We ship UPS (Ground) throughout the Continental US unless you need it faster. Please inquire about overseas & international shipments

We do not charge for handling fees or anything other than the actual cost to ship the product. We do not mark up the freight!

Terms and Conditions For Selling Surplus To T3 Toner LLCSeller must be at least eighteen (18) years of age in order to conduct business with T3 Toner LLC. In addition, all toner, ink, or other product submitted to T3 Toner LLCmust have clear title (by selling to T3 Toner LLCthe seller confirms 100% legal ownership of product). Seller confirms they are the actual legal owner of any and all supplies or other property sold or attempted to be sold to T3 Toner LLC, and acting in their own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person. T3 Toner LLCmay, but shall not be obligated or required to, request documentation or other proof of compliance with the requirements contained in these terms and conditions.


 

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING OF SURPLUS CARTRIDGES AND IMAGING SUPPLIES

   
All supplies must be packed into a shipping box and or on a pallet, no other way is acceptable! We need to receive these units in good condition, so over-boxing and packaging these units well is very important.

Please make sure you do not remove any labels/stickers that might be on the exterior of the packaging. By removing any labels may cause damage and lesson the value of the units.

We have to remove all shipping or other labels other than the factory labels upon receiving the units. We prefer to do this at T3 Toner LLC ourselves since we know how to do it properly without damaging the exterior.



 

EMPTY BUYBACKS FOR CASH - RETURNS PROGRAM

T3toner LLC has very limited Empty Buyback Pricing on our web site due to the fact that empty prices change very rapidly. The best way to give you current pricing is to have you contact us via e-mail, call 916-851-1099 or fax 916-851-3609 or go to Empty Buyback for a worksheet.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING OF EMPTY CARTRIDGES

 

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Empty Packaging - when packaging your empty units for safe environmental recycling, please put the cartridges back in their original boxes with end caps. If you do not have the original box, wrap them carefully in bubble wrap or paper packaging to protect the units from breakage. Please make sure they are not loose in the box taped securely shut. If you are shipping ink jets try and keep them in the original packaging, if not bubble wrap works just fine.

2. T3toner will not pay for cartridges or ink jets that are broken, damaged, remanufactured or non-virgin.

3. UPS will accept between 6-10 cartridge boxes taped together as one package depending on box size.

4. When the cartridges are received and types and counts are verified at T3toner a customer service representative will issue a check and send it to you within one week of receipt of the product.

UNDER 150 EMPTY/USED CARTRIDGES OR INK JETS:

* If you would like to recycle your units for cash and you do not have 150 VIRGIN units (units purchased new and used once or one cycle only - NOT REMANUFACTURED or Damaged) you can send them to us at your own expense via UPS SHIPPING ONLY (costs range only from $1.00 to $2.50 per unit depending on type).

* Please contact T3toner for an estimate @ 916-851-1099, fax 916-851-3609 or e-mail: info@t3toner.com

* T3toner will pay for all freight costs for quantities of 150 or more VIRGIN units (units purchased new and used once or one cycle only - NOT REMANUFACTURED or Damaged).

* When you are ready to have the product picked up and shipped, call T3toner customer service representative will fax you the appropriate Bill of Lading and shipping labels to attach to the freight either on a pallet in boxes. T3toner LLC will then send a freight carrier to pickup the shipment usually that day or the next at the latest.

* When the empty cartridges are received and both types and counts are verified at T3toner LLC a customer service representative will issue a check and send it to you within one week of receipt of the product.
