Box Condition Rating System

Box conditions are rated from 1 to 5 with 5 being perfect.

5.	Rated box is perfect: A box that has no labels, tape or tape residue, no writing or marks and no dents or tears on the exterior of the box.
4.	Rated box is almost perfect: A box that may be perfect except some labels or small writing that T3 Toner LLCprofessionals can remove without any damage happening, possibly restoring it back to a 5 rated box.
3.	Rated box is still in pretty good shape: A box may have small rips on the exterior, small dents on the corners and/or labels that have been removed incorrectly.
2.	Rated box has many more rips: A box that has more tears than a 3 rated box, labels that have been cut off, large writing on the exterior, large dents and/or possibly holes in the box.
1.	Rated box is the worst of all box conditions: A box that has been previously opened or has no box at all. These boxes can be completely destroyed or loose units in another box.

The Comments Area

This area is for you to tell us about any extra information regarding the surplus items you are submitting to T3 Toner LLC.

If you have noticed dates on the boxes, especially inkjets please make notes by manufacturer, part number, quantity and the date it shows on the exterior of the box.

You may also use this area to tell us how many shipping boxes you will have your surplus placed into for shipping. This helps speed up the process. The more information you can provide us will create a more rapid and smooth the transaction.

If we have this information early we can send you the prepaid UPS tags much faster and get the product on the way to T3Toner LLC.

Terms and Conditions For Selling Surplus To T3 Toner LLC Seller must be at least eighteen (18) years of age in order to conduct business with T3 Toner LLC. In addition, all toner, ink, or other product submitted to T3 Toner LLC must have clear title (by selling to T3 Toner LLC the seller confirms 100% legal ownership of product). Seller confirms they are the actual legal owner of any and all supplies or other property sold or attempted to be sold to T3 Toner LLC, and acting in their own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person. T3 Toner LLC may, but shall not be obligated or required to, request documentation or other proof of compliance with the requirements contained in these terms and conditions.
